  • ADMINISTRATION OF OATH OF OFFICE OF JUDGE JUDE NKAMA AS JUDGE OF NEWARK CITY MUNICIPAL COURT

    NWAMM was represented at the occasion by the president, Deaconess Mrs. Kate Ngozi Okafor, the vice president, Lady Angel Ngozika Okoye, and the acting social director, Mrs. Amanda Ify Ogbuli. Judge J. Nkama is the 3rd African to be appointed Judge in The United States. It is also important to note that the deputy mayor of Newark City is a Nigerian. The event was graced by dignitaries and professionals from all over United States and Nigeria.

    During presentation, Deaconess Okafor noted that Nigerian Women was honored to be part of History Making Event. She charged Nigerians and young adults present to be active participants in the different communities where they belong for their voices to be heard and to partake in the benefits that come with Works.
